This 6″ Jet Flare is made from hard wearing Polyethylene plastic.
Fast moving water entering the flare is slowed down as it passes through it, allowing gold to fall out of suspension and get trapped as it flows onto the sluice.

All prices are subject to 15% GST for customers within New Zealand. International customers (shipping outside of NZ) are exempt from paying GST.

Description

This oversized 6″ Jet Flare is designed to work with the oversized Keene power jet. Its straight collar is longer than a standard jet flare allowing for the power jet to be shorter and to reduce the overall weight of the dredge. At the same time it increases the suction power.

Length: 52 ” / 1320mm
Width: 20″ / 508mm
Inside diameter of entry: 155mm

A rubber sheet is attached to the top of flare.
This is laid over the top the sluice to aid gold recovery by smoothening turbulent water flow and creating a much more desirable laminar flow of water.
