This is the smallest in the range of Caledonian sluices. It is aimed at those who wish to walk long distances prospecting and yet still have the use of a high performance sluice.  It is easy to set up and use and when fed, will instantly show the finest flour gold on the recessed ribbed assay mat.

Caledonian sluices

The Caledonian sluice range was developed using the experience of over twenty years of knowledge in gold mining and panning. It soon became Europe’s number one sluice. The original fibreglass sluices have been superseded by refined lightweight versions manufactured in high impact ABS plastic. This makes them strong and durable. They all come with a recessed ribbed rubber assay mat giving early gold indication and improved laminar flow.
