International Deliveries

YESwe DO SHIP most items to AUSTRALIA and PAPUA NEW GUINEA. Good news too when purchasing goods from overseas – YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY 15% GST! As an example, if you purchased an item listed for NZ$100 you will only end up paying NZ$87 plus shipping.
Please note that some items can’t be ordered directly through the website due to the fact that they might be too bulky or too heavy or because a supplier hasn’t given us the right to sell outside the territory of New Zealand. Please contact us if you are unable to proceed with the checkout or if you are experiencing difficulties.

For bulky items where the shipping method is by CIF to Australia or PNG, the destination port or airport charges, customs clearance etc are not included. They are payable/to be arranged by the consignee.

Please note that shipping on international orders will be calculated and charged manually after the sale in order to get the best price.

Offshore Island Deliveries

For the following islands, special charges will apply on top of the North and South Island rates picked during checkout process.

  • Chatham Islands
  • Great Barrier Island
  • Stewart Island
  • Waiheke Island

Extra charges will be invoiced separately by email.

Multiple Purchases

Currently due to the variation in size of our products our shipping cart calculates shipping on all items. This is due to the fact that not all products are able to be shipped in the same box. We are working on a shipping template to make this more accurate, however in some cases the shipping will be incorrect. In this instance we issue a refund to reflect the actual shipping cost.  If in doubt,or the shipping charge is clearly too high please select pickup and make a note on your order so that we can charge the shipping manually.  if you are unsure, please contact us

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in NZ dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
