MagneTrap – catch black sand before it enters your sluice

This MagneTrap is a revolutionary gadget that helps you catch the black sand before your sluice gets choker block full with it.

There are 3 sizes available. Each one is designed to receive the maximum magnetic field within each magnet and at the same time there’s enough spacing to keep receiving a constant unaffected water flow:

1. SMALL – fits all sluice flares no smaller than 15 x 14cm (W x L), and ideally no bigger than 17 x 17cm in order to cover most of exposed flare area. Contains 4 Neodymium magnets.
2. MEDIUM – fits all sluice flares no smaller than 20 x 15cm (W x L), and ideally no bigger than 25 x 20cm in order to cover most of exposed flare area. Contains 6 Neodymium magnets.
3. LARGE – fits all sluice flares no smaller than 30 x 15cm (W x L), and ideally no bigger than 35 x 20cm in order to cover most of exposed flare area. Contains 7 Neodymium magnets.

In order to find the correct MagneTrap that suits you best, measure your sluice flare’s width and length not including matting if any on flare. MagneTrap sits flat on metal.

Made of quality ABS plastic, this innovative Magnetite trapping design allows for easier cleanup and recovery of gold.

The MagneTrap was designed to trap Magnetite before getting into your sluice box. By doing so, it allows for visual amount of Magnetite with every scoop of paydirt poured onto MagneTrap, as well as easier cleanup at the end due to trapping more than 80% of Magnetite before getting to your sluice. When the black sand covers most of your MagneTrap (see video), simply pull it out and release magnetic field by inserting spacer inside MagneTrap. Tilt over gold pan and rinse with water for Magnetite to fall into your pan. Check Magnetite for any gold and keep the black sand in a separate container and reset MagneTrap on sluice flare. Then repeat the process until done sluicing all of your paydirt.
